Apurva - The Helping Hand Foundation

We are based out of Chattarpur Village, at House No. A-1/80. The location is on Khasra No. 591, which is deep inside the village area. It’s a place with a lot of character and narrow streets. Our house isn’t hard to find if you know the village landmarks. We decided to set up here because we wanted to be close to the actual ground level. It’s a very practical space. We use the front rooms for our meetings and the back for storing things we need for our work. It’s a bit of a humble setup, but it’s honest. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who are dedicated to the cause. We spend a lot of time walking around Chattarpur and talking to the families there. The name of the foundation is Apurva, but most people just know us as the folks in the A-1/80 house. We don’t have fancy brochures or a PR team. We just do what we can with the resources we have. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out, but we just carry on. It’s not about being the biggest foundation; it’s about doing the work right where we live. We’re just local people trying to lend a hand where it’s needed. It takes time to build trust, but we are here for the long run.
