We are based out of Flat No-10 on the third floor of B-13 in John Church Colony. It's part of the Anupam Enclave Phase-1 extension in Saidulajab. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know it can be a bit tricky to find us at first with all the narrow lanes and the way the buildings are numbered. Apss Food Tech India is really just a small operation. We spend a lot of time in this office looking at food technology processes. It's a third-floor spot, so we get a decent view of the neighborhood, though it’s mostly just other rooftops and the usual city wires. The colony is relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We don't have a big reception desk or fancy branding on the door. It’s just a place where we work. We’ve got some desks, a few computers, and plenty of files stacked up. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a climb when the weather is humid, but you get used to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to handle our food tech projects properly. Most of us have been working in this field for a while now. We know the ins and outs of the local market. Dealing with logistics in Saidulajab has its moments, but we make it work. It's a practical office for practical people who don't need much more than a good workspace and a steady internet connection to get things done.
