We are based at 90 Okhla Industrial Estate Phase III. Being in an industrial area means it’s always loud with trucks and machines nearby. Our workshop isn't a showroom; it’s a place where we actually get our hands into the engines and parts. There’s a lot of grease, heavy tools, and the smell of oil. We’ve been here for a while, and the walls are stained from years of work. We don't spend much time cleaning up for appearances, only enough to make sure we can find our tools. Most of our day is spent under a hood or looking at some mechanical issue that someone brought in. It’s tiring work, especially when the heat in Okhla gets really bad in the summer. We have a few fans, but they mostly just move the hot air around. We aren't the type to use fancy jargon or try to confuse you. If a part is broken, we show it to you. If it can be fixed, we do it. We get a lot of commercial vehicles because of our location, so we’re used to big jobs that take up a lot of space. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. We don't have a marketing team; we just have our tools and our experience. People know us because we’ve been at this spot for years and we don't change how we work. It’s just us, the machines, and the grease every single day until the sun goes down.
