You can find Andc In Start Foundation tucked away in Govindpuri, right near the Sabzi Mandi. If you've ever been to that part of Kalkaji, you know it stays busy with people buying vegetables and moving about. Our office is right in the middle of all that energy. It’s not a quiet place, but we like it that way because it feels like we are part of the real world. We don't have a big staff or a fancy reception desk. It’s mostly just a few of us working on laptops and keeping track of our projects. The smells from the market come in through the windows sometimes, which is actually quite nice during lunch. We’ve been in South Delhi for a while now. We chose this spot because it's easy for people to reach us by public transport. The building is a bit older, and the lights flicker once in a while, but it serves its purpose. We spend our time trying to get things off the ground and helping out where it’s needed. We don't have a polished pitch or a corporate vibe. We’re just local people working in a local neighborhood. It’s practical and it’s what we know. We just take things as they come and try to be useful to those around us.
