Okhla Industrial Area Phase-I is a massive and busy place, and we are right in the middle of it at D-47. It is a very active neighborhood with heavy trucks and vans moving in and out of the narrow lanes all day long. Our unit has been here for a good number of years now. The space inside is quite large, but it is almost always filled up with piles of paper, rolls of plastic, and finished boxes. There is a constant humming sound from the machines that we use for our work. We don't have a fancy showroom or a place for customers to sit down. If you come to visit us, you will likely find us in our old work clothes, probably covered in a bit of dust or glue. We handle all sorts of different packaging needs for the other businesses that operate nearby. Sometimes the traffic in Okhla makes our deliveries a bit difficult to manage, but we have figured out the best times of day to move our trucks to avoid the worst of it. We have a small wooden cabin for handling the accounts and the phone calls, but mostly we are out on the floor with everyone else. We aren't big on using corporate language or having long meetings; we just focus on making sure the boxes we produce are sturdy enough. It is a noisy and dusty place to work, but it feels right to us.
