We are located at 1109-A/10 in Govindpuri, right in the Kalkaji area. Anand Furnishers Pvt. Ltd. has a lot of history in this neighborhood. The streets around here are narrow and always full of people, so it can be a bit chaotic getting deliveries in and out, but we’ve learned the best times to move things. Our workshop is filled with the smell of wood and the sound of tools, which is something we’ve all grown to love over the years. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights and salesmen in suits. It’s more of a place where you can see the actual work being done. Sometimes the sawdust gets everywhere and we have to spend an hour just cleaning up, but that’s part of the trade. Our team is like a family, and we’ve seen each other through all sorts of ups and downs. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make things that people need for their homes. If a customer comes in with a specific idea, we sit down and talk it through over a cup of tea. It’s a very personal way of doing business, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We aren't perfect, and sometimes projects take a bit longer than we thought, but we always make sure it's right before it leaves Govindpuri. It is hard work, but we like what we do.
