We are located at Rz-2705/30, Sheel House in Tughlakabad Extension. Our place is on Main Jagdamba Road, which is always full of activity. This is a family-run spot, and you can tell by how things are set up. There is a lot of history in these walls. We have been around for quite some time, and the name on the door belongs to the family. Inside, it’s a mix of old ledgers and modern things. We don't have a sleek showroom. Instead, we have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling and a lot of boxes everywhere. It is the kind of place where we know exactly where everything is, even if it looks a bit messy to someone else. The street outside is noisy with honking and people shouting, but that is just Delhi. We usually sit near the front to see who is coming in. Many of our customers have been coming to us for years, and we know their names. It is not just about business; it is about being part of the Tughlakabad community. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day and talk to the neighbors. The building itself, Sheel House, has its own character. It isn't new, but it is solid. We spend our days managing orders and making sure everything is in its place. It is a traditional way of working that hasn't changed much over the years.
