Our office is on the ground floor of house A-22 in Badarpur Extension. It’s in the North East part of Delhi, and the area is usually humming with activity. Amitoz Tavern And Resorts Private Limited is the company, and we’ve been here for a while now. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just a regular house that we’ve turned into our workspace. Being on the ground floor means we see all the neighbors and the street vendors passing by. It keeps us connected to the real world while we're stuck at our desks. We handle the management of both the tavern and the resorts from here. It’s a lot of logistics, like making sure the kitchen is stocked and the resort grounds are being maintained. We aren't a big corporation with a lot of layers; we’re a small team and we all pitch in. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the files and papers, but we know where everything is. We don't like to use big, empty words to describe what we do. It’s just a business, and we try to run it as best as we can. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. Badarpur is a hardworking neighborhood, and we feel like our business fits right in with that practical, no-nonsense attitude.
