We are based right in the heart of Ber Sarai village at house number 48. It’s a ground floor spot, which is handy because people don't have to climb any stairs to reach us. Ber Sarai is always buzzing with students and locals, so there’s never a quiet moment. We’ve been part of this community for a while, just doing what we can to support the folks living around here. It’s a small operation, really. Just a couple of desks and some chairs where we sit and listen to whatever problems people bring in. Sometimes it’s about helping a kid with school stuff, other times it’s just helping an elderly neighbor get to the clinic. We don’t use big words or have complicated rules. If someone needs help and we can do it, we just do it. The street outside can get pretty cramped with all the bikes, but we manage. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We’ve had some tough times keeping things running, but seeing a neighbor smile makes it worth the trouble. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It's just a regular house in a regular village. We like it that way because it feels like home. If you're walking through the village lanes, you'll eventually run into us. We're just trying to be useful where we are. It’s simple work but we think it matters to the people here.
