Alok Masterbatches Ltd

We have been here in Phase-Ii for a long time now. It’s New Delhi, so you know how the traffic and the weather get, but we keep the machines running anyway. Alok Masterbatches Ltd is just what the name says. We deal with color and additives for plastics. Most days it’s just about getting the batches right and making sure the bags are loaded onto the trucks. Our spot in Phase-Ii isn’t fancy. It’s an industrial area with a lot of dust and noise, but it works for us. We have guys who have been with us for years. They know the sounds of the extruders by heart. If a machine sounds off, they usually know why before they even look at it. We don't really do big meetings or fancy presentations. Usually, someone just comes by the office, we have some tea, and we talk about what kind of plastic they are trying to make. New Delhi is a busy place, and being in Phase-Ii means there is always something going on next door. We just try to keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a lot of weighing powders and checking temperatures. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait it out, which is just part of being here. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the plastic stays the right color. That’s pretty much the daily life here at Alok Masterbatches Ltd.
