Alliancetodreams Ventures Llp is based out of Kalkaji, in the D-Block area. Specifically, we are at D/29 on the second floor. Kalkaji is a busy part of Central Delhi, so there is always a lot going on right outside our door. Being on the second floor gives us a little bit of distance from the street noise, though you can still hear the horns honking during rush hour. The office is a straightforward space. We have our files, some old furniture, and our computers set up. It’s the kind of place where you can just sit down and focus. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and have gotten to know the tea stall guy nearby pretty well. It’s a very local feel here. The stairs are a bit narrow, so moving large furniture in was a real task, but we got it done. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you walk in, you’re right in the middle of where we work. It’s a hands-on environment. Most of our day is spent handling emails and sorting through the various things we manage. It’s a honest-to-goodness small business office. We like being in Kalkaji because everything is close by, from the market to the metro. It's just a regular workplace for us. Sometimes it gets a little warm in the afternoons, but we have the coolers running and we get through the work regardless.
