We are located out in Najafgarh, specifically in Shivpuri Phase 1. Our office is on the first floor of Plot Number 41, which is Khusra Number 307. It’s a bit of a way out if you are coming from the center of Delhi, but it’s where we are needed. The building is pretty standard for the Dindarpur area. We’ve got our setup on the first floor where we handle all the health and education work that the foundation does. There’s a lot of coming and going because people from the local community stop by quite often. We have some benches for people to sit on while they wait. The office itself is full of books and medical pamphlets. It’s not the quietest place because the street noise from Shivpuri definitely makes its way inside. We have some old fans that hum while we work. The team here is small and we all know each other well. We usually eat lunch together at the main desk. It’s a very hands-on environment. We aren't sitting in a high-rise building with air conditioning and glass elevators. We are right there in the neighborhood where everything is happening. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait for the generator or take a break. It’s a real, lived-in space. We focus on the daily tasks and try to keep our paperwork in some kind of order.
