You can find us over in Vasant Kunj, specifically at Mangaldeep Apartment in Kishan Garh. Our office is on the second floor, room C-1. Akashdeep India Greencity Private Limited is just a small group of us working on local real estate. We spend most of our day focused on the Kishan Garh area because that’s where our office is located. It’s a lot of meeting with people who are looking for a new home or trying to sell one. We don’t use any scripted marketing talk or make huge promises. We just look at what’s available and tell people the facts. Sometimes the office feels a bit quiet, but then the phone starts ringing and things get busy fast. We’ve seen Vasant Kunj change so much over the years, with new buildings going up everywhere. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we do our best to stay updated. We spend a good amount of time visiting sites and talking to other owners. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit of a climb, but it’s a nice enough spot once you’re here.
