AKASA VENTURES LLP is located right in the Gomti Apartments over in Kalkaji Extension. If you are looking for 40B in Pocket A-9, it is tucked away in a spot that feels more like a home than a sterile office building. We like it that way because it keeps things grounded. We are in the DDA flats area, so there is always something going on outside, like kids playing or people heading to the market. Inside, it is just our small team working on various projects. We do not have a glass-walled conference room or a bunch of assistants. Most of the time, we are answering our own phones and making our own tea. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of files out, but we manage. South Delhi is a busy place, and being in Kalkaji means we are close to everything without being stuck in a noisy skyscraper.
