Ahluwalia Clinic

Our clinic is situated at 172 E Block in Lajpat Nagar. It is a decent spot in a part of Delhi that is always moving. We have been running Ahluwalia Clinic for a good while now, and the routine hasn't changed much over the years. People come in with all sorts of ailments. Some just want a quick check because they have a nagging pain, others are regulars who we have known for a decade. The room is a bit cramped when more than four people are waiting, but we make it work. Lajpat Nagar is a place where everyone is in a hurry, so we try not to waste anyone’s time. We don’t use any of those automated phone systems. If you call, one of us picks up the phone directly. It’s easier that way. The desks are cluttered with folders and medical journals. It’s not the most modern-looking place, but we keep it clean. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, with new shops opening and closing, but we stay right here in E Block. It’s a steady job and we appreciate the people who trust us. We don't do much advertising. Usually, someone’s aunt or cousin told them to come here. That’s enough for us. We just focus on the patient sitting in the chair and go from there. It’s a simple life at the clinic and we plan to keep it going just like this.
