Okhla Industrial Area is a tough place to work sometimes, with all the noise and the constant movement of people. Ahlcons India Pvt. Ltd. is located in Phase-I, at A-177. It’s a standard industrial building, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We have been here a while, and the walls are starting to show their age. Inside A-177, it’s usually pretty hectic. We have different departments, but we all end up crossing paths in the narrow hallways. We don’t have a fancy canteen, so we usually just eat at our desks or go out to one of the local stalls nearby. The Okhla traffic is famous for being bad, especially around Phase-I, so getting here in the morning is always a bit of a struggle. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just focus on getting the day's tasks finished so we can go home. There is always something that needs fixing or a machine that is acting up. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people telling us how to act. We just show up at A-177, do our jobs, and try to keep things moving. It is a practical place for practical work. We’ve seen other businesses come and go in Okhla, but we’ve managed to stay put at our spot in Phase-I through all the ups and downs of the industry.
