Advance Modern Technologies

Advance Modern Technologies is based out of 39 Sarita Vihar, right in the Madanpur Khadar area. We are pretty close to the Janta Flats, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. The building we are in is quite old, but it serves our needs well enough. We occupy a space that’s mostly taken up by workbenches and piles of parts we use for our day-to-day tasks. There isn't a lot of room for walking around, but we’ve gotten used to maneuvering around the crates and chairs. The lighting isn't the best, so we have a few extra lamps scattered around to help us see what we’re doing. Outside, the street is always buzzing with people, bikes, and delivery vans. It’s a very active part of the city, and you can always hear the sounds of the neighborhood coming through the walls. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together at the main table because there aren't many quiet spots nearby. We’ve been here for a good while, so we know the other business owners on the block quite well. It’s a hard-working atmosphere, and we fit right in with that. There’s no fancy lobby or receptionist here; you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s simple and it works for us. We just try to keep up with the work coming in through the door.
