Aditya Fibre Chem Pvt Ltd is located in Lajpat Nagar IV, specifically at B-96 in Dayanand Colony. It’s a residential-feeling area but we run all our business operations from here. It’s quite a bit different from a big industrial factory. We deal with chemicals and fibres, mostly on the distribution and supply side of things. The office is usually full of samples and old brochures from our suppliers. We’ve been here for a while and know the neighbors pretty well. The neighborhood is nice, and there are some good places to grab a quick lunch nearby. We aren’t a giant corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a small, dedicated team working out of this space. We spend a lot of time on the phone or emailing back and forth with people. Sometimes the delivery vans have a bit of trouble finding the exact house number in Dayanand Colony because the signs aren't great. It’s a quiet street usually. We don't have a big lobby or a glass front with a receptionist. It looks just like many of the other buildings on the block. We focus on the fibre business and keep things simple for everyone. Dealing with logistics in Lajpat Nagar can be tricky because of the narrow streets and the traffic. But we have a rhythm now that works for us. We’ve built some good relationships with people in the industry over the years. It’s just steady, honest work. We don’t have a marketing department.
