Our office is located at S-260 in Panchsheel Park. It is a fairly quiet and green part of South Delhi, which is a nice change of pace from the more crowded districts nearby. Adhiyam Private Limited is run from here by a small, dedicated group of us. The office is essentially a converted space that feels a bit more like a home than a corporate building, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. We have a large wooden table in the middle of the main room where we do most of our work and talking. There are no motivational posters or fancy logos on the walls here. Instead, we just have a few old calendars and some maps. We mostly deal with management tasks and general business things. The daily routine is pretty consistent: we arrive, check the mail, get through our digital tasks, and handle whatever phone calls come in. Panchsheel Park is a pleasant area, and we often take a walk during our lunch break just to clear our heads and get away from the screens for a bit. We do not try to act like a big multinational corporation. We are just a local private limited company doing our work. The internet is a bit slow sometimes, and the printer can be temperamental, but we manage just fine. We have built a steady rhythm over the years.
