A R Group Design Studio

Our little setup at A R Group Design Studio is tucked away in the lower ground floor of C-48 in Kalkaji. It’s one of those basement spaces where you kind of lose track of what time it is because the natural light doesn't really reach the back corners. We have a few lamps scattered around to keep things bright enough to see the sketches. Working in Kalkaji is interesting because the market is right there, so there’s always noise from the street and people moving about. We aren't a big firm with secretaries or a polished reception area. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see us hunched over computers or arguing about where a wall should go in a new floor plan. The walls are covered in half-finished ideas and sticky notes that have been there for months. It’s a bit messy, honestly. Someone is always losing a pen or looking for the stapler. We spend a lot of time just talking through designs and trying to figure out how to make things fit in tight spaces. Being in the LGF means we stay relatively cool in the summer, which is a big plus around here. It’s a practical place for us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just the group of us here at C-48 doing the work we have on our plates and hoping the internet doesn't go down during a deadline.
