Yuvati Resort Private Limited

Our little space for Yuvati Resort Private Limited is tucked into Shop No 13 inside the Police Gurudwara Building. If you know Port Blair, you probably know where that is. It’s a busy little corner of the islands and we have been here for quite some time now. We don't have a giant headquarters with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, we have this modest shop where we handle our business every day. It’s mostly just us sitting around the table, going over what needs to be fixed or who needs to be called. We started this because we live here and wanted to do something of our own in the hospitality sector. Sometimes the building gets noisy with people coming and going, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. Being in the 744101 area means we are close to everything that matters in town. We keep things pretty simple. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in running a resort company, and most of it happens right here in this shop. We don’t really use fancy words to describe what we do. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and get to work. The walls are a bit plain and we could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we need. It’s a real place run by real people who know the local streets. We’ve been here long enough to know all the neighbors by name.
