K.U.P PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is based right here in Port Blair. Our office is on the 1st floor of Plot No 13/2 in the Dairy Farm area. It's a convenient spot because we are right near the State Cooperative Bank, so it’s easy for people to explain where we are if they're giving directions. We’ve been working out of this space for some time now. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we handle the paperwork and meet with people. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit narrow, but once you’re inside, it’s a decent workspace. We handle various projects from this office. Being in Port Blair means we deal with the local weather and the logistics of the islands, which can be tricky sometimes. We don’t really have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily tasks that need to get finished. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with blueprints and files scattered around, but we know where everything is. We prefer it this way instead of having everything look like a showroom. Most of our days are spent checking on progress and making sure the supplies arrived at the port. If you are in the Dairy Farm neighborhood and see the bank, just look for the plot next door and come upstairs. We’re usually there during the day unless we’re out at a site.
