K.PARAMASIVAM HOTELS & RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of MB-36 on MG Road, right in the Aberdeen Bazar area of Port Blair. Vinothkumar Krishnaswamy Paramasivam and the rest of us are usually around the office handling the daily grind. It’s a central spot, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. Our office isn't anything special to look at—just a functional room with desks and a lot of paper. We handle the hotel side of things and the resort side from this single location. It gets pretty cramped sometimes when we have people coming in to talk business, but we make do. We don’t believe in sounding like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just local people running a hospitality business in the islands. The heat in South Andaman can be a lot, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early in the morning. By afternoon, the bazar is usually humming, and we’re inside catching up on emails or fixing schedules. We don't have fancy mission statements or anything polished. We just show up, do the job, and try to make sure everything runs as smoothly as it can in a place where things often go sideways. It’s just us, working away in the heart of town, trying to keep up with the demands of the day.
