Our office is located at Garacharma Basti on NH Road, right near the ICICI Bank. It’s a busy little area of the Andaman Islands. Green Island Real Estate Private Limited is run by us, and you can usually find Narayan Sandesh around if you need to talk about land. We deal with property and houses here in the islands. It’s a tricky business because land rules can be complicated, and everyone knows everyone else’s business. We spend a lot of time walking around plots of land, checking boundaries and talking to neighbors. It’s not like those big real estate companies you see on TV. We’re just local people sitting in a small office near the bank. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside and talk. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. More houses going up, more traffic on the NH Road. We try to help people find a place where they can actually build something. It takes a lot of paperwork and trips to the government offices, which is never fun. We don't use big words or fancy brochures. We just show people what’s available and tell them the truth about the spot. If a piece of land gets flooded in the rain, we’ll tell you. It’s better to be honest so people don't get mad later. That’s just how we do things here in Garacharma every day.
