We are over in Bathu Basti in Port Blair. The business is registered under Gopes Biswas and we’ve been operating from this part of South Andaman for a while now. Bathu Basti is a busy residential and commercial mix, so there is always something going on outside our door. We do hospitality work, which mostly means we are constantly busy with people coming and going. It’s not a quiet job. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to folks who stop by. The weather in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands is usually either very rainy or very hot, so we are always adjusting to that. We don't have a mission statement or any of that talk. We just try to get the work done right so people don't have to complain. The office is a simple setup. We know the neighbors and we know the local shops where we get our supplies. It’s a local operation through and through. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea, and other days it’s a complete mess with everyone needing something at the same time. That’s just the nature of this business. We don’t make it sound better than it is. It’s just work. We keep our records straight and try to stay organized in the middle of all the chaos of the city.
