We’ve had rainy seasons where everything slows down to a crawl, and then busy months where we barely have time to sit down for a meal. It's a lot of physical work and constant checking on things. We don't have a team of PR people writing our stuff. We just write down what’s happening. Our office is practical—filled with files, a few chairs, and usually someone's half-finished cup of tea on the desk. The humidity here can be tough on the equipment, so we're always fixing something or other. It’s a grounded kind of life. We focus on the basics of keeping the place running and making sure the day-to-day operations don't fall apart. It’s just us doing our thing every day to make it work.
