Totto Tours & Travels

Out in Port Blair, specifically in the Doly Gunj area, is where Totto Tours & Travels is based. Island life is a bit different from the mainland, and our business definitely reflects that. Things move a little slower sometimes, but we still get plenty of work done. Doly Gunj is the kind of place where you know your neighbors and people always stop to say hello. We do not have a polished corporate office with glass walls. It is more of a functional space where we can organize our trips and talk to the drivers about their routes. We spend a lot of our time making sure the vehicles are in good shape because the salt air here can be really tough on metal parts. Port Blair is a beautiful place, but running a business here takes a certain amount of patience. You have to deal with shipping delays and sometimes the internet goes out for a while without warning. We just work around those things as they happen. Most of the people who come to us are looking for a reliable way to see the island or get down to the harbor. We do not make big promises or use fancy language to describe what we do. We just know the area well and we have the cars to get people where they need to go. It is a lot of manual work, checking tires and cleaning seats.
