You can find Emerald Tours & Travels at Office No 3 in Aberdeen Bazar. We are pretty close to Dignabad School, so we see the kids and parents passing by every morning and afternoon. Port Blair is a small place in some ways, and everyone in the bazar kind of knows each other. Our office is small and tucked away, but we’ve been here long enough that people know where to find us when they need a trip planned. We handle a lot of the usual stuff like booking cars or finding a place for people to stay on the other islands. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, and sometimes the internet goes out which makes things a bit tricky. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us sitting at the desks, trying to get things organized for whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with brochures and receipts, but we know where everything is. We grew up around these islands, so we know the spots that aren't in the guidebooks. It’s nice to help someone see a part of the Andamans they didn't expect. If you’re near the school, just look for our sign. We’re usually around most of the day, unless we’re out helping a client with something or just grabbing a quick lunch from one of the nearby stalls.
