We’re located in South Kolkata, specifically in Flat G2 of the Trinayani Apartment at 150 Brijikadamtala West in Garia. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are based in an apartment building, but it works well for us. It’s much quieter than being right on the main road. We’ve turned the flat into a functional workspace for Wipro Ltd. It’s got a kitchen where we can make coffee and a couple of rooms where we have the desks and computers. It feels a lot more personal than a standard office. We know the other people living in the building, and we try to keep the noise down so we don’t bother anyone. The area of Garia is pretty busy, but our little corner is tucked away. We spend our days mostly working through emails and reports. It’s a very calm atmosphere, which helps when things get busy. We don’t have any big corporate logos on the walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we do our work and then head home in the evenings. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. It’s a simple, honest way to run things, and we like the feeling of being in a real neighborhood. Sometimes the local cats come around the window looking for scraps, which is a nice little distraction. We just focus on keeping the records straight and staying on top of our daily goals.
