Websol Energy Systems Ltd.

Working out at Falta Sez Sector Ii is a bit different than being in the middle of the city. We are located at Falta Village Birsa Mouza Akalmegh in the South 24 Pargana district. It is a very long name for a place that is actually quite spread out and quiet. Websol Energy Systems Ltd. is what we call ourselves. We deal with solar cells and energy equipment all day long. The air out here is a little fresher than in the city, but the work is still hard. We have a big facility where the machines are always running. It is not the kind of place where you sit in a plush chair all day. We are usually on our feet, checking on the production lines or moving crates around the warehouse. Getting to P.S. Ramnagar takes some time if you are coming from the main parts of Kolkata. Most of us have been here for years and we know the routine by heart. It is a lot of technical stuff, looking at wafers and solar panels, but at the end of the day, it is just a job like any other. We eat our lunch together and talk about the weather or the commute. The factory floor is loud, and there is always something that needs fixing or adjusting. We do not spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on getting the panels out the door.
