Tantia Constructions Limited

We are over at 1121 Madhya Dhalua, specifically in Flat-B1 of Monorama Apartment No-2. It’s a residential-feeling area, which keeps things grounded for us at Tantia Constructions Limited. We like having the office here because it’s not right in the middle of the city's loudest parts, though Kolkata is never truly quiet. Our space is functional. We have a couple of desks, some old chairs, and enough room to roll out big blueprints. People around here know us as the construction folks. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in West Bengal, just one that does a good job. We handle the paperwork and the planning right here from the flat. It’s a simple setup. You might see us coming and going at odd hours depending on which site needs us. Building stuff is hard work and it’s often dirty, so the office is a nice place to sit down and catch our breath. We don't have any polished sales pitches. If someone asks what we do, we just show them our current projects. Most of our staff have been with us for years. We know the local suppliers and they know us. It’s all about these local connections. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand. Sometimes we stay late just to finish the paperwork before the next site opens. We like the local routine.
