Our place is at 38/39 Aligal Mahal, right in the Sadar Bazar area of Barrackpore. It’s quite busy around here with the market nearby. You can always hear the noise from the street. We’ve been in this spot for a while. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes because we have a lot of stuff piled up. We aren't a big corporation with multiple branches. It’s just this one office in Kolkata. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in from the market. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don’t have any fancy titles. We just do whatever needs to be done. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us does it. If there’s a pile of forms to fill out, we sit down and get to it. We don't have a lot of formal rules. We just try to be helpful to the people who come to us. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, but that’s just how it is in a busy bazar. We wouldn’t have it any other way. It feels real. We are just local people trying to keep things going. There is always a lot of traffic outside, but inside we just focus on the work. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of tasks every day.
