Spiro Project Management Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Kolkata, specifically over in Milanpally, Sonarpur. We handle the management side of different projects, making sure things stay on track. It is mostly about paperwork, phone calls, and keeping different teams talking to each other. Kolkata is a busy place to work, and being in the West Bengal area means we deal with a lot of local regulations and logistics. Our office is a practical space, nothing too fancy. Just some computers, files, and a lot of tea being drunk throughout the day. We’ve been in the industry for a bit, learning the ropes and figuring out how to solve problems as they pop up. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes they don't, but we just keep at it. Most of the time we are just busy coordinating between different people to make sure a job actually gets finished. It can be a lot of stress, but it's what we do. The neighborhood around Milanpally is pretty active, so there’s always something happening outside our door.
