We are over here at S M Nagar Govt Housing Estate in Kolkata. It's Phase-I, and we’ve been at T/10 for a while now. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done for Skyscraper Projects. Most days start pretty early because the heat gets a bit much by noon, especially during the summer months in West Bengal. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over drawings. Some of us have been around this part of Kolkata our whole lives, so we know the shortcuts and where to get the best tea nearby. It’s a busy spot with people always coming and going from the housing estate. We handle various project tasks and there is always a stack of paperwork on someone’s desk that needs sorting out. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out for a bit, but we just manage. It’s a local operation, and we don't really go for all those big corporate speeches. We just show up, do what needs to be done for the day, and head home. The building itself is easy enough to find if you know the area. We like it here because it feels like a real neighborhood, not some cold glass tower. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows their job. That’s just how we run things at Skyscraper Projects, keeping it simple and getting through the daily list.
