Simplex Projects Limited is located at 1B/30, Kustia Road in Kolkata. If you know the 700039 area, you know it can get pretty busy with traffic and people moving about. Our office is right in the middle of that energy. It’s a standard workspace where we spend our days looking over blueprints and managing schedules. We don’t have a flashy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s more likely you’ll see someone carrying a stack of folders or a couple of us debating over a technical drawing. The rooms are filled with the usual office stuff—old chairs, filing cabinets that sometimes stick, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. We’ve been at this Kustia Road address for a good stretch of time. It feels like home to most of the crew. We get our lunch from the local shops nearby, and the workday usually flies by because there is always something that needs fixing or checking. We don't try to sound like a giant conglomerate. We are just a group of people working out of a building in Kolkata, trying to keep our projects on track. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work gets done regardless. It’s an honest place. No one puts on airs here. We just deal with the reality of the construction business every single day. It's nothing special, just our office.
