Simplex Infrastructures Limited

In the Piali area, near Kalaria and Canning, Simplex Infrastructures Limited has a regular presence. This part of the 24 Parganas South district is quite unique with its landscape, and our office reflects that. It is a simple building that we have modified over time to fit our needs. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and find whoever is available to talk about the current project. The air is often thick and humid here, so we keep the fans going all day long. Our work involves a lot of logistics, especially considering the terrain around Canning. We have to be very careful with how we schedule our movements and how we handle the equipment. It is not a job for people who want to stay clean and dry. We are often out in the field, checking on things and making sure the local workers have what they need. There is no corporate jargon used in our daily conversations. We talk about the weather, the mud, and the progress of the work. Most of us have been here long enough that we feel like locals. We like the pace of life in Piali and the fact that we can just be ourselves while we work. It is a no-nonsense environment where the main goal is just to finish the day's work properly and get home safely.
