Even though the name says Ranchi, this specific branch is actually down in West Bengal. We are located in Kanyanagar, which is in the 24 Parganas South district. It’s a rural area, and the address is linked to the home of Dinesh Kunti. It feels more like a community spot than a big company office. We handle various processes and paperwork for the main firm from here. The surroundings are very green, with lots of ponds and trees. It’s a long way from the city noise. We work in a small room with basic furniture. There’s a wooden table and some plastic chairs. Most of the day is spent checking ledgers and making notes. We don't have air conditioning, so we keep the windows open for the breeze. Sometimes insects fly in, but we just ignore them. The walk to the main road is about ten minutes. We get our lunch from the local shops or bring it from home. It’s a very grounded way of working. There are no fancy meetings or corporate events here. We just deal with the local requirements and keep things moving. The monsoon season is the hardest because the paths get very slippery. We have to be careful with the paper files so they don't get damp. It’s a simple, everyday routine for us. We do what needs to be done and help out where we can without much fuss.
