Down here in Batanagar, specifically in Subhas Pally, things have a certain way of moving. Our office for Resmet is right in the middle of it. It’s an old area with a lot of history, especially with the factories around. We spend our days handling whatever comes through the door. The building has seen better days, maybe needs a bit of paint, but it stays cool enough in the Kolkata humidity. We have a small group of people here. Most of us take the bus or ride a bike to get in. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and see us at our desks. We deal with a lot of technical stuff that requires a bit of patience. Sometimes the rain makes the streets a bit messy, but we still show up and get the work done. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat together while talking about whatever is on the news. It’s a steady pace. We don't rush things too much because that's when mistakes happen. We’ve got our routine down. It’s about keeping the records straight and making sure the India operations for the company aren't falling behind. It’s just a regular workplace where people do their jobs and then go home to their families. There isn't much more to it than that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay busy.
