We are over in Garia, specifically near the Udyogi Sangha at Tentulberia. The office is set up at Shiba Prasad Biswas’s place, which gives it a bit of a local, neighborhood feel despite the business name. Kolkata is always crowded, and this part of Garia is no exception with the narrow streets and people constantly moving about. We’ve been operating from here for a while, dealing with the daily tasks of running Rashtra Udhyog Ltd. It’s a modest setup where we mostly handle administrative stuff and coordinate with our partners. You won't find any high-tech gadgets or modern art on the walls here. It’s more about old-fashioned filing systems and a lot of phone conversations. The local area is quite lively, so there’s always something happening outside the door. We have a small team that has worked together for years, so we don't need a lot of formal meetings to know what needs to be done. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the walk to the office a bit of a struggle, but we always open on time. We just do our work without making a big fuss about it. It’s the kind of place where you can walk in and talk to someone directly without going through five different secretaries. We focus on the practical side of the business and keep our overheads low while making sure the papers are all in order.
