We are out here in Kantabania village. It’s a quiet spot near Karanjali in the South 24 Parganas district. Radhika Express started here because this is home for many of us. People usually stop by for work-related stuff or just to say hello while they are passing by. The roads are a bit narrow sometimes, but we manage our vehicles through them every single day. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or shiny floors, just a functional space where we get the paperwork done and talk to the drivers. Some of the guys have been working with us for a really long time now. They know the shortcuts and the local routes better than any GPS ever could. It gets really humid during the summers here, so we usually have the ceiling fans going full blast all day long. Working in a rural area means you actually know your neighbors and their families. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but that’s just how it is around here. We keep the books tidy and make sure everything is sorted for the next morning. It’s a lot of work handling the express deliveries, but we like the pace of it. Most people in the village know exactly where our office is located. We’ve been at this for a while now.
