It’s a lively neighborhood and there is always something going on outside our doors. Inside, we are mostly focused on the cooling tower business. It is a lot of spreadsheets, phone calls, and checking on order statuses. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us making sure the work moves along like it should. The building is a regular spot, nothing too flashy, which suits us just fine. We have some storage space for the heavy components and a little desk area for the admin stuff. Some days are long, especially when we have a big shipment arriving or leaving. The traffic in Garia can be a headache, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or what’s happening in the city. It is a very down-to-earth environment. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone; we just show up and do the work that needs to be done with the towers. It's a steady life and we are glad to be part of the community here in South Kolkata. It keeps us on our toes and the day goes by fast.
