Om Sai Plastic Industry

Our unit is located out in Vill- Ayodhyanagar, near the Shirakole post area. It’s a bit of a drive from the main town, but it’s where we have the space we need for the machines. When the factory is running, there’s a steady rhythm of clanking and the smell of warm plastic in the air. We started Om Sai Plastic Industry with just a few hands, and even though we’ve grown a bit, it still feels like a small family business. The floor is usually covered in some scraps or dust, no matter how much we sweep it during the shifts. We have a small office area tucked into the corner where we handle the orders and talk to the drivers who come to pick up the goods. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything happening out on the shop floor while you’re trying to write an invoice. We eat our lunch together under the tree outside when the weather is decent because it gets pretty stuffy inside with the heat from the equipment. It’s not a glamorous job, and our clothes usually end up with some grease or dirt on them by the end of the day. We don't have any big corporate slogans; we just focus on making sure the machines don't break down and that the orders get loaded onto the trucks on time. It’s a quiet village life combined with the noise of the industry, and it works for us.
