Our place is out in Raigachi, right on the Rajarhat Main Road. If you know the Battala area in South 24 Parganas, you know it’s been changing a lot lately with all the new roads and buildings popping up. We’re located at Plot No 620/662, near Dag No 336. It’s a busy spot where you can see the dust from the road and hear the trucks going by at all hours. We spend most of our time dealing with the actual building work, getting our hands dirty and making sure things are moving along. The office isn't much to look at, just a practical spot where we meet up and sort out the day's tasks. There’s a lot of activity in this part of West Bengal, and we’re right in the thick of it. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the location being so close to the main road, but it makes it easy for the crews to find us. We don’t bother with fancy titles or anything. Most of the time, we’re just talking to suppliers or checking on the site progress. It’s hard work, and the sun can be brutal out here in Kashipur, but we just keep at it. People around here know us as the guys who are always busy with some project or another. We just try to do a decent job and stay on top of the everyday stuff that comes with construction.
