Knb Advisory Services Private Limited is way up on the 18th floor of Uniworld City in New Town. We are in Flat 1803, in the Gardens 1 section. It is a bit of a different vibe up there compared to the street level of North 24 Parganas. You get a good view of the area from 700156, and it’s usually a bit quieter than being down on the main road. We do advisory work, which is basically just giving people advice on their business and finances based on what we know. Being in New Town means we are around a lot of other companies, but we try to keep things low-key. The office is modern enough, I guess, but we still have piles of paper and coffee mugs everywhere like any other place. We chose Uniworld City because it is a safe and organized place to keep our files and meet the people we work with. It takes a bit of time to get through the security and up the elevator, but once you are in Flat 1803, it’s just a normal office. We don't have any fancy goals or slogans. We just enjoy the work we do and the fact that we can do it from such a nice spot in the city. It’s a professional setup, but we are still just regular people trying to run a solid advisory business.
