Keventer Projects Ltd.

Keventer Projects Ltd. operates out of Maheshtala in Kolkata. We are located at B-Block of the Santoshpur Govt. Colony, specifically care of Satyajit Majumder Ghosh. This isn't your typical corporate headquarters. It’s more of a local setup where we handle our daily business. Maheshtala is a place where everyone is busy doing their own thing. We spend our time managing different project sites and making sure things are moving along. There’s usually a lot of paper on the desks and people coming in to sign things. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. The focus is on the work itself. We deal with builders, laborers, and material suppliers all day. Sometimes the rains in Kolkata slow us down, but we find ways to keep moving. It is a lot of practical stuff, like checking the quality of the concrete or making sure the plumbing is going in right. We’ve been part of this community for a while. Our staff knows the area inside and out. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. We just look at what needs to be built and we get to it. It’s honest, hard work and it keeps us busy from morning until late. We like the feeling of seeing a project finally come together after months of planning and labor in the heat. It is just a normal group of people trying to do their best work without any fancy labels.
