You can find us at Flat No. 104 in the Akanksha Apartment building. We are located on 46/5 New Ballygange Road, which is a pretty well-known area here in Kolkata. The pin is 700039 if you are looking it up. Ideal Real Estates is just the name we use for our operations. Most days we are busy dealing with property papers or helping people find a place to stay or set up an office. It’s a small office, nothing too big or loud. We have a few desks and some chairs for when clients come over to sign things. Real estate in Kolkata can be quite a headache sometimes with all the back and forth, but we handle it. We know this neighborhood quite well because we spend so much time here. If you walk down New Ballygange Road, you’ll see the building. It’s a standard apartment setup. We chose this spot because it's central for the work we do. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation, we just keep things running from this one flat. It gets a bit crowded when more than two people visit at once, but we make it work. Usually, it’s just us checking listings or taking calls about prices and locations. We’ve been at Akanksha Apartment for a bit now and it feels like home for the business. That’s pretty much the whole story of our little setup.
