You can find us at 43 Netaji Subhas Road, right in the Rajpur area. The post office is close by and we are under the Sonarpur police station jurisdiction. Kolkata can be a busy place, and this road is no exception. We spend our days here at this address handling all the bazaar stuff that comes through. It’s a lot of coordination. The building has seen some years, but it stays cool enough in the summer. We have a lot of boxes coming in and out because that’s just the nature of what we do. Some days it’s a bit chaotic with the staff running around trying to find a specific item for a shipment. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria, so we just eat our tiffins together at the back desk. It’s a very local feel. If you walk down the street, you’ll see all the usual shops and the people heading towards the station. We’ve become part of the neighborhood over time. The address is easy to find if you tell the rickshaw driver you’re going towards Rajpur. We don’t use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is still handwritten in ledgers because it’s easier to keep track of that way. It’s just how we’ve always operated. We focus on the work at hand and try to get home before the evening rush becomes too much to handle. There's always a lot to do before we lock up the door.
