ETHA INFRAREALTY LLP

Our place is at 825 Mahamayatala Road in South 24 Parganas. It is a bit further out than some of the city offices but we like it that way. There is a lot of growth happening in this part of West Bengal and we wanted to be right in the middle of it. The office at Etha Infrarealty is usually a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby but that’s just part of the job. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people come in to talk about land or buildings. It is mostly us just working through the daily tasks and making sure the infra stuff is moving along. We don't use big words or have complicated meetings. Usually we just sit around the main table and figure out who is going where for the day. The commute can be a bit long depending on the traffic on the main road but we are used to it. We know the local shopkeepers and where to get the best snacks in the afternoon. It is an honest living and we aren't trying to act like we are bigger than we are. We just focus on the realty work and hope for a productive week every time Monday rolls around. There is always something new to look at or a problem to solve on site and that keeps us busy enough.
