It’s more of a local setup than a big city office. Being in 24 Parganas (S), it’s a bit away from the main rush of central Kolkata, which we actually prefer. The atmosphere around here is a lot more relaxed. We go about our business in a way that suits the neighborhood. It’s a mix of residential and small businesses, and we’ve been part of it for some time now. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a room with some chairs and our files. We deal with whatever comes across the desk, mostly local trade and some coordination work. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but that’s just life here. We know the people in the para, and they know us. We don’t do much advertising because word of mouth works better in a place like Sonarpur anyway. If you drop by, you might find us having a quiet conversation about the day's tasks or checking on some deliveries.
