We've been operating out of our space in Niva Park Phase 1 for a while now. It’s a quiet spot in Garia, right at Flat No-Hig/D-5. People mostly know us as Development Consultants Ltd. We spend most of our days here working on various projects. It isn’t a huge corporate building or anything fancy, just a regular office setup where we get things done. Most of the team lives around Brahmapur or nearby areas, so we know the neighborhood well. Usually, if someone is looking for us, they find us easily enough near the local landmarks. We handle consultancy work, though the specific day-to-day changes depending on what’s on the desk. It’s often busy, with a lot of paperwork and meetings. We’ve stayed in this part of Kolkata because it’s where we started and it works for us. There’s a certain routine to life here. We drink a lot of tea while we go through plans. Sometimes the traffic in Garia can be a bit much, but we make it work. We aren't really into big advertisements or trying to look like something we're not. Most people who work with us just know where we are. If you’re around Niva Park, you’ve probably seen the sign on the door. It’s just us doing our job, keeping things moving along. Nothing more to it really. We like the pace here. It's a bit tucked away but reachable. That's pretty much who we are and where we spend our time.
